Established in 1990, Baycom is the leading producer of plastic optical fiber (POF)in Taiwan. A member of the TECO conglomerate, we have 15 years of experience creating decorative lights. We export to leading retail chains in Europe and North America.
Developing breakthrough technology
Baycom's headquarters, which houses our advanced research and development center, is located in Hsinchu, Taiwan. It is here that our team of 20 R&D technicians developed our patented and unique sidelight-illuminated POFs. These POFs give off bright color along the entire spectrum of the tubing, and are an efficient, attractive alternative to neon lights.
The benefits of combined Taiwan/mainland China operations
Baycom transports stable plastic optical silk from Taiwan to our 10,000-square-meter Dongguan factory for optimal quality in our lighting products. Our factory employs a production staff of 300, who receive technical support from the Taiwan branch to further enable smooth processing of your orders. Our international sales and marketing center - and our showroom - is located at the Taipei office.
