| We store finished vacant gelatine capsules in dry and cool places,avoid being exposed to sunlight,high temperature and humidity.The storehouse are equiped with central air-conditioning system to provide proper storage temperarure.Good ventilation system is designed to deliver fresh,filtered air, thus reduing humidity levels and prevent mould problems. To keep away from humidity,sunlight,vacant capsules are firstly packed in PE bag,then sealed in aluminium-foil bag,finally put into corrugated carton lined with foam board on all 6 inner sides as roles of shock-proof and heat-proof. Buyer’s special packing requirements could be met. We customize packing at buyer’s packing instruction,but extra expenses,if any,should be borne by buyer. Shipment: vacant gelatine capsules are generally shipped by sea or by air. For container quantity order,shipment is effected over sea by refrigerating container to avoid capsule deformation under high temperature over long time voyage. For small quantities, vacant gelatin capsules are shipped by air instead of LCL. |
