1. Usage:
The ball mill is the key equipment for grinding after the crushing process, and it is widely used in the manufacturing industries, such as cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics and can be used for the dry and wet grinding of all kinds of ores and other grind-able materials.
2. Principle:
The ball mill uses horizontal sleeve revolving device, working with a gear wheel outside, two warehouses, grille-type ball mill. Materials are spirally put into the first warehouse of mill through the hollow shaft by the input device. The warehouse has ladder-type and moire liner, and many different steel balls, they drop after they are lift by the centrifugal force. After materials are roughly ground in the first warehouse, it will be ground in the second warehouse, and then finished at the expected effect.
3. Structural Characteristics:
The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbing process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.
