Feature:

This Y shape double arm stainless steel outdoor light pole ,made from stainless steel 304/316L,is 8 meter(26.24 feet) high with a wall thickness 5mm (0.197 inches) The right arm is 4m(13feet) high with 3.5m(11.48feet) length,the left arm is 5.5m (18feet) high with 2.2m (7.2feet) length.The integrated design for the pole shaft mixed ideas from America including three constructions: round tapered pole shaft,triangular joint,two lamp arms,after assembled,this lamp pole has a very generous and artistic appearance. The modeling style of lamps and lanterns conforms to modern western styles,highly recommend using in viaduct, skyway, elevated road ,expressway or decorative for the large-scale construction enterprise.

Pole:

The pole shaft is made from austenitic stainless steel 304 steel plate of one-piece construction with a minimum tensile strength of 520-720Mpa

Luminaires Arm:

The luminaire arms with conical shaped are fabricated of a single piece steel plate construction .The double lamp arms are a separate section which are welded to the pole shaft.

Hand Hole:

A reinforced hand hole with cover,hardware and grounding bolts are provided with each pole.

Base Plate:

The base plate is square with slotted holes for anchor bolts, fabricated from ASTM A240 stainless steel .The base plate and pole shaft is circumferentially welded top and bottom.

Anchor Bolts:

Anchor bolts are rolled from galvanized steel Q235B . Provided with four foundation bolts have an “L” bend at low end and two galvanized flat washers.The top of bolts have an square locating plate.

Finish:

Standard finish for this Y shaped stainless steel highway light pole is specified as white powder coat finished.Additional finished option ,including satin brushed finish and polished finish,gold titanium finished are available upon request.
