Product Information:
Description: 642 Gasket sheet is rolling pressed or die-pressed by high pure expanded graphite sheet 640, inner lined by metal mesh. The normal inner lined material is 1.4301 (304), 1.4401 (316) stainless steel or iron wire mesh, with the graphite content above 98%, and the graphite layer density 1.0 g/cm3.

Product application:
Can be cut into gasket with kinds of shapes
Widely used in container, boiler, pipeline, pump, valve, and flange for petrochemical and mining, etc.

Service range:
Temperature: -200~550°C
Pressure: 400 Bar
PH Value: 0 - 14

Main Characteristics:
Under the temperature severe alternating conditions, it will not change obviously, and can long-term keep good compressibility and recovery, no aging, and does not become brittle.

Suitable medium:
Steam, mineral oil, transformer oil, hydraulic oil, fuel, water, and sea water, etc.
