HY-2677C wireless service calling and management system is a powerful system with functions of wireless service calling, message received by numeric pager, paging data recorded analysis, service monitoring, service delay alarming, auto statistical chart provided and staff assessing.



System work: when press the buttons on the requesters, the number will be displayed on the pager. If you use monitor system, then the number will also be displayed on the monitor system interface on the computer.



System appliance:

It is mostly applicable for the large sites which have multiple floors and balconies, such as restaurants, hotels, mall, hospitals, schools and universities.





System features:

1) Coverage: suitable for any size site to use. With signal enhancers and 5W transmitters, the system's signal coverage can be extended as needed (such as a hospital or emergency service).

2) Requesters: Can choose all kinds of requesters: HY-2610A, HY-2610B, HY-2610C, HY-2610D, HY-2610E 1-button requester can transmit 1 request message (service); 2-button requester can transmit 2 request messages (service and cancel), 3-button requester can transmit 3 request messages (service, bill and cancel). And each button can be defined as needed such as call, drink, cashier, etc. When use the monitor system, there should be cancel button. Palm transmitter is an instrument that enables Chefs to contact waiters when food is ready, or a director to call some waiter to some place. Different Hosts can be used in one place without interfere



Monitor system: Track and record service progress, set up a service data-base: the service monitoring and alarm system can record all service call and respond data, such as who, when, calls for what kind of service, how long the waiters to respond,

validity respond or not (validity respond: respond to a guest call less then the standard delay time). Managers can search and print the statistic data by any condition.
