We exported several thousands screw jacks to Spanish clients & Canada clients.
Common to most motorized screw jacks used for solar tracking system are the following elements:
1. Keyed(anti-rotation) screw jack.
2. Upright type jack, self-locking screw, threaded ends(connect with swivel end).
3. Others components: steel cover, rubber bellows, swivel mounting base and swivel plates, motor flange.
4. Limited switches to stop the motor once the gate has reached the upper or lower limit of travel.
5. Reduction gear mechanisms used.
6. Screw jack speed ratios,usually, it is the lowest ratio.
7. Notice, travel stroke should be reduce the rubber bellow length when full retract.
For solar tracking jack systems, NOSEN screw jack RN-Series, RNF-Series are available.
RN-Series, max static load 100 tons each, max dynamic load 26 tons each.
RNF-Series, max load capacities 50 tons each.
