About H.T.B. Garments
With over eight years of experience, our company, H.T.B. Garments, offers you bra and panty sets, women's briefs, camisoles and seamless underwear that are currently selling well in Japan. Each year, we sell $5 million worth of products to clients in this market such as Shimamura.
Undergarments Made with Cotton from Mainland China's Production Hubs
Our items are made of cotton from Shandong and Xinjian provinces, mainland China's cotton production hubs. Lycra® and Thermolite® Base as well as Modal® fabrics are also available.
Our Production Facilities
We handle manufacturing at our 17,000-square-meter H.T.B. Garments factory. Using advanced equipment from Japan and under the management of Japan senior specialists, our 500-strong staff produces over 500,000 units monthly, ensuring your large orders will be met. We also work with a large list of local partners in order to offer you product and materials options that meet your requirements.
Colorfastness Checked by Third-party Labs
All of our raw materials and finished products are tested for colorfastness by TQS and Leyi from Japan. We can also send them to the facility of your choice. And we use four cloth-testing machines to make sure the fabric weight, color and elasticity meet your requirements.
We welcome OEM Orders
With a nine-member R&D team, we turn out a new product each month. You can choose from our own products, or give us your ideas and diagrams and we'll create a custom item for you.
