Established in 1993, our company -- Dalian Huameilong Metal Products -- is one of the largest manufacturers of transportation security facilities, material handling equipment and welded wire mesh products in North China. With 10 years of export experience, we have a successful record in supplying customers in Western Europe, North America, Australia and Japan including Nashville Wire Products Inc (US). Our annual sales reach $6 million.
Producing 1,000 Tons Every Month
Our Gele-branded product lines include wire mesh containers, wire decking, wire mesh fences, roll box pallets, storage carts, pet cages, grids and other wire mesh products. With nearly 1,000 tons of mesh items produced monthly in our 15,000-square-meter factory and 200 staff, we can efficiently handle your volume needs.
Complete On-site Production
At Dalian Huameilong Metal Products, we offer sheet metal and tube bending, cutting, punching and electronically controlled multiple projection welding machines to manufacture OEM components and other finished products. We have our own powder coating systems, which are capable of meeting almost every decorative and functional powder coating need.
R&D and QC Reliability
We were ISO 9001:2000-certified in December 2003, upgrading our quality management from the previous ISO 9002 standard. Our QC department is responsible for daily tests and quality assurance. Aftersales service is taken care of jointly by our sales department and R&D department so as to guarantee the quality of our manufacturing, and service.
