Founded in 1996, we enforce reliability as the cornerstone of our ISO 9001:2000-certified operations. Key managers and engineers receive regular training about how to implement quality management systems from Japan and the Taiwan area. We also only work with ISO 9001-compliant local suppliers, who sell components with CCC and CE approvals to match your quality and price point requirements.
We Produce 250,000 Sets Every Month
Our factories in Beijing and Shenzhen have a combined monthly capacity of 250,000 sets. Major production stages are automated to ensure consistent quality output. We employ 200 inspectors and support staff to implement QC throughout the manufacturing process. Our products carry major quality standards, such as CE and UL. And we include 0.3 percent spare parts with every order so that sourcing from us is hassle-free.
Our OEM Services
At Beijing Shock Wave, we also offer R&D services that enable us to release over 100 new speaker sets every year. You can specify your OEM/ODM requirements or choose from our own Shockwave-brand models.
