A joint venture between Chongqing Huan Song Industrial Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Jian She Group Co., we were set up in 1992 to manufacture motorcycles -- and manufacture we do. Our production capabilities are vertically integrated, with five factories and nine workshops turning out up to 200,000 engines and 800,000 finished motorcycles a year. Our facilities include:
A frame production workshop: annual capacity of 500,000 frames
A plastic injection workshop: annual capacity of 300,000 sets of plastic parts
A photo fixation painting workshop: annual capacity of 300,000 sets of painted metal and plastic motorcycle parts
An engine workshop: annual capacity of 200,000 engines
An assembly workshop equipped with two 50m assembly lines and two testing lines: annual capacity of 800,000 sets of finished motorcycles
We understand that you may be juggling the different demands of various clients in different market segments. That's why we offer you over 135 different models of motorcycles and ATVs, in sizes from 50cc to 250cc. Plus you can always give us your specifications, from size and color to terrain and emissions standards, and our 80 R&D staff will make sure you get what you're looking for. CAD systems such as Pro/E and the Alias suite are used in customizing your models.
Over 100 QC staff are on hand, inspecting parts and components and testing finished products. Operations are ISO 9001 certified.
