Shanghai INTCO Industries Co., Ltd. is one of the largest polystyrene molding factories in China. We specialize in finished products, including photo frames, framed mirrors, framed art, and document frames, in assorted sizes and styles. Our subsidiary, Shanghai INTCO Medical Supply Co., Ltd. manufactures hot and cold therapy products, specializing in instantly cold and hot compresses, and gel packs.
We have over 5 years of experience in the wall decoration industry and currently have factory facilities totaling over 230,000 square feet. Our monthly production capacity is about 8,000,000 feet of molding and more than 10,000,000 finished products. We have 24 molding production lines and 20 assembly lines, with plans to add 8 new lines in 2004, in order to meet the demands from our customers around the globe. In 2004, our total sales revenue will reach at least USD12,000,000.
Polystyrene molding has a lower cost than wood molding. However advanced equipment and technology from the U.S.A. and Italy make it possible for us to make polystyrene look just as beautiful as wood. Unlike wood, polystyrene does not fade, bend, or become damaged by moisture. It is environmentally friendly as the products are made from recycled plastics and do not use forestry resources.
With a well educated and trained staff, we are always looking to improve our product quality, decrease lead time, improve efficiency, and develop new products, while maintaining our reasonable prices. Convenient transportation from a nearby Shanghai port makes our cost structure even more competitive. In addition, our direct sales office, located in California, shortens the delivery time between our factory and our customers.
