About EBI Bearings
Established as a specialized bearing exporter in 1992, EBI Bearings has grown into a leading manufacturer and exporter of these products in mainland China. We are a group corporation consisting of an export company, a bearing factory in Ningbo and a trading company in the Hong Kong SAR. Our production capacity amounts to 1.5 million units each month.
Design Strength
At EBI Bearings, we have a group of mechanical engineers who use CAD systems to develop and design new or customized bearings according to your OEM/ODM requirements. And we manufacturing them using CNC grinding equipment to ensure precision.
Our high-speed spindle bearings used by Visteon Group, the Faro Group (the US) in their laser equipment, and Newco SPA (Italy) uses our bearings in their well-known air compressors. In fact, over 90 percent of our products go to buyers in Western Europe.
Quality Control
Some of our QC instruments and meters are imported from the UK, Japan and Germany. We inspect every item with Talyrond roundness instruments before it is packaged. Our team also performs noise and vibration examinations as well as radial and axial clearance inspections.
For your added assurance, our operations meet ISO 9001:2000, QS-9000 and VDA6.1 requirements. And we're currently in the process of becoming ISO 16949:2000 certified, so you can be even more certain about the quality of our products.
If any aspect of your order doesn't meet your expectations, we'll replace it at no charge to you.
