Founded in 1997, Shenzhen Golden Manatee Electronics Limited is a specialized manufacturer engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing mobile phone chargers, computer accessories, electronic giftware and health care apparatus.
With advanced equipment supporting design, development and production, the current capital is USD1,000,000. Covering a plant area of 1,000 square meters, we have 200 highly skilled employees. Meanwhile, the management structure consists of New Product R&D Department, Reliability Assurance Lab, Tooling Department, and Manufacturing Department with 10 final assembly lines, plastic injection and cord assembly line.
Facing fierce market competition, and insisting on the idea of "high quality, best service", we have won great reputation among our clients worldwide. Having established rigorous quality control system, we are able to satisfy customers' needs effectively, therefore to maximize their values in a positive manner.
Due to good leadership and excellent manufacturing skills, we apply know-how implementation in every single step of the production. Moreover, 95% of the components are produced in-house on our own facilities. We maintain control over the quality, lead-time, as well as production cost, so as to achieve more economic scale, and provide superior quality products to customers around the world. Currently, the daily production capacity of mobile phone chargers is 5,000 pieces for global customers.
We also apply Super Quality Assurance Procedures (SQAP) to support the overall production and quality control, while implementing stringent measures at every stage of the whole production process. Additionally, we thoroughly evaluate every part in use, and only qualify the highest quality suppliers.
