Overview
Sheng Yih Steel Mold Co., Ltd. was established in the Taiwan area in 1988. We specialize in producing various connectors for mobile phones, PDAs, TV games and car chargers. With a monthly output capacity of over 6 million pieces, we are able to distribute mobile phone accessories worldwide. Our integrated production lines range from plastic and steel molding design, mold manufacturing, parts to semi-finished connector assembly in our Taiwan and mainland China factory. Currently, we are creating electronic products such as mobile phone, computer connector in order to expand our business, while developing more innovative video gaming equipment.
Branch Companies
In order to better service our clients, a branch company in the Guangdong Province of China was established in 1994. Also opening in September 2003, our second branch in Shunzhou city of China, will be staffed with 2000 employees in our 40,000-square-meter facility.
R&D
With advanced research devices such as 3D CAD/CAM and micro projector, our R&D team comprises 20 experienced engineers. Each year, they roll out up to 70 new products in order to meet new or existing market needs.
Quality Control
Our inspection team strictly follows ISO 9002 guidelines to output products with satisfactory quality. The operation is supported by a string of projectors, microprocessors, stretch testers and other testing equipment.
