Taiwan-based, we've designed and manufactured uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) since 1980. Manufacturing under our brand name PowerScan, Beam Tech has long-term buyers in Japan, Western Europe and Central and South America. They source nearly US$5 million worth of UPSs from us every year. That's because we build lasting relationships with them through after-sales support and other services.
After-sales services
When you source your USPs from Beam Tech, we are always here to back you up. We provide free technical training for our distributors' technicians, and detailed service manuals with repair flow-charts, troubleshooting and more. We also provide distributors with one spare PCB for every 100 USPs ordered. Our two-year guarantee covers all of our products, and includes free replacement or repair. So you can rest-assured that we are here to take care of you after you receive your order.
Developing new features
Our newest UPS provides up to 999 minutes of back-up power. It features an LCD that tells the remaining backup power in real-time. It also provides information on over 20 other system states, such as load level and internal temperature. Our R&D team is always working on new features that can be worked into your designs as well.
