We are a joint-venture enterprise specialized in manufacturing all kinds of aluminum cases. We make and sell aluminum cases for all the popular market categories, ranging in size and complexity from watch presentation boxes to attache cases and pilots hard-side luggage. Our customers include distributors, private labels, and OEMs, and over 95% of our current orders are from buyers in North America, Europe, and Australia. Producing for export since 1992, our annual sales now amount to over US$6 million.
A Single source for distributors, private labels, and OEMs
Regularly added to and updated, our extensive range of retail-ready designs includes hundreds of new models every year in a vast array of shapes, sizes, and finishes available with our Zhixing brand logos or your own private labels. And we are ready to support OEM design projects too whether your case requirement is for portable notebooks, cosmetics, tools, portable BBQs, DJ turntables, or even professional sound equipment.
Manufacturing facilities and quality controls
Built in 1992, our 20,000-square meter Nanhai facility is fully equipped for aluminum processing and fabrication. We employ over 850 experienced production staff, managed by over 50 experienced supervisors. Monthly capacity from our 12 production lines is 350,000 cases, and our QC system covers all stages of production from incoming materials and components to full pre-packing inspections. In 2003, we obtained ISO 9001:2000 certificate. We cooperate with raw materials suppliers by the strategy alliance mode, who provide good quality materials at low price. It ensures our efficiency of the production.
