Profile
We develop and manufacture car A/V products, including TVs, LCD monitors, and DVD player/TV/monitor combos. Our products are targeted towards high- and middle-end markets in Western Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Patented product designs
Supported by R&D equipment from Philips, HP, and Hitachi, our R&D team develops new products to keep your selection updated. We've been awarded patents for three of our designs:
CA1601: car rearview mirror with monitor/TV/VCD player (utility patent)
CA1602 (design patent)
CA1603: car rearview mirror with camera (utility patent)
In 2004, we plan to release eight new products, including multimedia speakers and a GPS/DVD player/TV combo with radar detector, FM tuner, and rearview functions. We also manufacture ABS systems.
Imported components and equipment
DVD chips, TFT-LCDs, resistors, and capacitors are sourced from Philips, Sanyo, Tohei, and PVI, and testing equipment from Toshiba. All operations are ISO 9001:2000 certified, and thermal and aging tests ensure our products meet CE and FCC standards. Our product return rate is zero.
Manufacturing capabilities
Our 5,000 square meter factory is equipped with ten semiautomated production lines. Monthly capacity for car TVs is 5,000 units, and 15,000 units for DVD player/TV/monitor combos. An additional 5,000 square meter facility is currently under construction.
