At Dalian Zhongsheng Metal Products, we have the resources and experience to meet your needs for iron, brass steel and aluminum cast and forged parts. We have 10 ISO 9001:2000-certified manufacturing centers for casting, forging and machining. Our long-term buyers include GE Osmonics Aquamatic Products, Rotork Gears Co, Emerson Transmission Power Co and AWS Apparatebau Arnold GmbH -- all leaders in their respective industries. Our R&D Services
Our R&D team welcomes your OEM projects. We can not only work with you on the design but also help you with any trouble shooting problems that may appear. We have our own mold factory, which means we can produce your samples in just two weeks.
Our Production Facilities
We apply strict production workflow and quality control measures to assure that 1,000 tons of castings and 100 tons of forgings we ship to you each month, are to your requirements. Everything we make meets international standards including BS, ANSI, DIN, JIS and ASTM. Many of our employees have been in this industry for 10 years and we have 15 years of expertise in manufacturing and exporting our products.
Our QC Process
Each product is put through a round of tests after production to ensure quality. These tests include tensile and yield strength as well as elongation and hardness inspections.
Our Delivery and Trade Services
We are conveniently located near Dalian, a major international shipping port in North China and are able to import and export items fast -- ensuring you prompt delivery.
