Overview
I Jang Industrial is involved in the research, development and production of knockdown metal racks. Our racks are made of premium metal, such as black iron wires and iron tubes. These are mostly purchased from domestic suppliers of secondary-cut wires so we are able to secure good quality and have stable supply. In recent years, I Jang has not only applied metal racks for industrial warehousing and commercial display uses. We have also gradually adopted education-marketing practice to promote easy-to assemble metal support racks for home use, such as in study rooms, personal audio and video rooms, and living rooms.
Ergonomic products that meet international standards
The issues of style, structure and function involved for home-use metal racks are settled though the integration of the computer-aided design program and the newly introduced 3D molding matching machine. These allow us to turn out ergonomic products that meet international standards.
Manufacturing facility
I Jang racks are manufactured at our ISO 9001:2000 certified production plant. It has an automatic warehousing and packaging systems and has adopted a computerized management system to conduct statistical registration of warehouse inventory. This secures sufficient stock volumes and prevents man-made statistical negligence and omission.
