About Jiangnan Baixing
At Jiangnan Baixing, we produce PVC and PVC garments. Because customers depend on your garments to stand up to wind, water and fire, we handle your entire order on our premises. We have two factories ready to take care of your requests, including rainwear, fire-retardant apparel and sportswear.
Our Fabric Factory
We produce PVC on 15 production lines at our 200,000-square-meter fabric factory. With a monthly capacity of more than 50 million yards, we have the largest PVC output in mainland China. Whether it's weaving, dyeing or PU/PVC coating, you can feel confident knowing that not a single process is outsourced.
Our Garment Factory
We also have one of the largest PVC garment factories in mainland China, where we manufacture raincoats, coveralls and other safety apparel. With a floor area of 27,000 square meters, our facilities turn out up to 250,000 garments every month. We are licensed to produce items bearing the Gore-Tex symbol of quality. Our products meet European and North American benchmarks -- BS EN 471, BS EN 343, BS EN 531, BS EN 469 and ANSI/NPFA. And we are compliant with OHSA 18001 and ISO 14001 standards to ensure safety and environmental regulation.
Other Offerings
If you're looking for other types of fabric, photo albums and CD cases, we have those too. We can produce up to 40 million yards of polyester and nylon fabrics, 500,000 photo albums and 400,000 CD cases per month.
