Sunny Knitting Limited is a Hong Kong based company with more than 10 years of experience in knitwear manufacturing. Our main focus is on high-end fashion knitwear where we offer exceptional quality products and services at competitive prices.

 

We offer our customers a “one-stop solution” service from product design, material sourcing to final production. This save time as well as cost and most importantly, strengthens our relationship and confidence with our customers.

 

In addition to working on customer design (OEM), our design team turns out hundreds of styles (ODM) every season. We invest heavily on Research & Development and are aware of new trends in the knitwear fashion business to help our customers stay on top of fashion and consumer trends.

 

Quality comes first at Sunny and is the reason why we implement the strictest quality control in our factories. These follow the ISO 9001 quality standard and are compatible with the code of conduct and social compliances required by our customers and the local law. The fact that we have been certified by independent agencies such as ITS and awarded The Donna Karan Quality Certified Manufacturer is what sets us apart from other knitwear manufacturers.

 

In our knitwear showroom, we always have the most up-to-date information on styles, yarns, colors, accessories, knitting and embellishment technique for every upcoming seasons. A visit to our showroom will prove to be a most exciting and eye-opening experience.

Our Facilities

These are located in 6 factories in Hong Kong and China where we have a combined workforce of over 2,500 workers, producing up to 300,000 pieces of garments each month. Each factory caters to a different price range from designer label to moderate basic items for more production flexibility. Normal production lead-time is 30-60 days for a minimum order size of 500 pieces per style. Sampling lead-time is 7-10days for prototype samples and 20-25 days for salesman samples.
