Profile
We manufacture air pumps and plastic components for inflatable boats, air mattresses, and toys. Our main products include electric air pumps (including rechargeable and dry battery models), hand and foot pumps, oars and oar locks, rope holders, handles and screw valves. 80% of our output is exported to Europe and North America. Many of our designs are patented and have been UL, CE and GS standards certified.
Company History
Guangzhou Haoyih Plastic Production Co., Ltd. was created in 1993 as a joint-venture enterprise under Taiwanese management. The company's Taiwanese origins go back to 1966 as Hao-Yen Plastic Production Co., Ltd., which began PVC plastic injection-molding in 1975. Our efforts over the past ten years have been focused on developing electric air pumps and inflatable product accessories.
Product Customization
Using your samples and specifications, our molding engineers provide you with flexibility for your design requirements. Typical turnaround time for a set of plastic molds is 35 days.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Our processing capabilities include plastic injection (32 machines) and blow molding (3 machines). We employ 250 machine operators and process operatives.
Quality Systems
ABS and PVC materials are sourced from Taiwan and undergo pre-production inspection. Our QC team conducts finished product inspections to guarantee compliance with the AQL standard (MIL-STD-105DII).
