Benda Plastic Company Limited is a specialized company that has been engaged in plastic products production and selling for many years. Since 2000, we have invested a large amount of fund, manpower to develop the new product: plastic synthetic wood. Now we succeeded in forming some series of synthetic wood products, such as panel moulding, cornice moulding, wall skirting, shutter, handrail, ceiling, doorjamb, door, board, art frame, furniture material, etc. All series are similar to the real wooden products.
Benda Plastic Decorating Materials Factory, the branch of our company, has 5,000 square meters of building area and 3,000 tons of production capacities annually. Especially, its production capacity can be easily expanded to 5,000 - 6,000 tons annually to match the need.
Our products adopt advanced plastics modify technology, and do not contain any wooden chip or fiber filler, do not contain any toxic substance, such as formaldehyde, chloride, etc. The product's physical properties and appearances are similar to the high-quality timber, and the processing characteristics are similar to timber too. Nail, plane, saw, paint, glue, almost all traditional processing methods can be used.
