We provide complete Eletronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) for customers worldwide. Two electronics plants and one plastics plant located in Shenzhen and Dongguan give us well-rounded electronics assembly capability. Over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing area and more than 1,500 well-trained workers are available for your manufacturing requirements.
We are fully equipped with state-of-the-art production tools and testing equipment, including:
High performance and precision SMD machines such as Panasert line (component placing time of 0.09sec/chip), and Yamaha (0.3mm pitch IC, BGA and CSP). These machines handle almost all types of components available.
Hot air reflow machine, handles both lead and lead-free products
X-ray machines, ICT and automatic optical inspection machines are used as gatekeepers
Our laboratory has a temperature chamber and a vibration tester to evaluate potential quality problems
Large-capacity aluminum wire bonding
Plastic injection machines handle 80 to 500 tons of clam force mold
Also, our material planning system (ERP) is a way to enhance our resources allocation for highly efficient and low cost operation. Plus our website-based ERP system allows our customers to view the progress of the project and shipment. So the customer is fully aware of the project status.
