99 percent first time yield rate
Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, and Omnivision supply us color CCD sensors, B/W CCDs, and CMOS sensors. Our 200 material suppliers are required a minimum of less than one percent AQL II and are assessed monthly for performance. The result - a 99 percent first time yield rate. Tested with frequency spectrometers, signal generators, and oscillographs from Germany, all our products meet CE, FCC, and UL standards.
15-day delivery lead time
Since replacing MRP-II with JIT and ERP in 2002, we've improved our work efficiency by 25 percent, reducing delivery time to 15 days. Our 9,600 square meter factory has a monthly output of 50,000 CCTV systems, 30,000 LCD TVs/monitors, and 20,000 digital web products. A new 30,000 square meter factory is currently under construction.
50 models by year's end
Choose from a range of 35 consumer CCTVs, 30 industrial CCTVs, 15 TFT LCD TVs/monitors, and 10 digital web products. Eighty percent of our current offerings are analog, but heavy investments in R&D are increasing the percentage of our digital products. Fifty new models will be released by the end of 2004.
