End-to-end quality control
We always inspect our A/V products piece-by-piece, whether in sampling stage or mass production. Following 5S and ISO 9001:2000 guidelines, our 60-man QC team ensures that board soldering is neat and strictly cone-shaped and product functions pass four-hour aging tests. All our products are CB, 3C, CE, and UL certified, and backed by a one-year warranty.
Strong manufacturing capabilities
Our two factories covering a total of 50,000 square meters are equipped with 18 production lines, so we can easily accommodate your volume orders. Monthly capacity is 40,000 DVD players and 40,000 mini component systems. Your orders of 10,000 units can be delivered in 25 days.
Four to five new items monthly
Every year we invest US$300,000 in upgrading our equipment for making front panels and molds. Our 85 R&D engineers add four to five new products to our catalog every month. Product development lead time is 60-90 days.
