Profile
The IT Technology Transfer Evaluation Center is a department of the Electronics and Technology Research Institute (ETRI), which provides support for small-and-medium-sized information and communications companies. ETRI was established in 1976 and has succeeded in a wide variety of cutting-edge technologies in the information and telecommunications fields such as TDX, DRAM, TiCOM and CDMA. It is the biggest and most comprehensive institute of governmental policy, which has greatly contributed to South Korea becoming a leading IT country.
On the basis of its world leading technologies in IT, the team makes strenuous efforts to provide IT companies with support such as technology, education, and equipment supply. We aim to introduce small-and-medium-sized information and communications companies within South Korea as well as their products, in order to boost their sales in domestic and international markets. In particular, our goal is to introduce some leading companies with advanced technologies in this field and advertise their products on the virtual show window of the site, which will provide useful information to people all around the world who are interested in Korean IT technologies.
