About us
Established in 1982, we originally used low-speed shuttle looms to produce satin and taffeta labels and ribbons. Upgrading our facilities with sophisticated Jacquard and other textile-making machines from Switzerland, Germany and Italy, we later began to manufacture emblems, badges, patches, woven tapes/labels and zipper components. Producing woven fabrics in full color is our specialty.
Serving major OEM companies
Adidas, NIKE, Reebok, Victoria's Secret and Old Navy are some of the world-renowned brands that come to us for woven fabrics, woven and printed labels, hangtags and garment accessories. One of the reasons they are confident in our ability to accurately produce their designs is our more than two decades of experience. They also know that we apply the latest computer technology to our label-weaving techniques. For example, we recently acquired the LACM-2001, a CCD-guided laser cutting machine with a cutting area of 200 x 200mm and an AC servo motor feeding system.
Our network of production facilities
A Taiwan-based company, in 1996 we set up our first and second overseas factories in Vietnam and mainland China. Today we have five overseas production facilities in Ningbo, Donnguan, Hanoi, Don Nai and Toronto. By taking advantage of the labor resources and logistic advantages of these locations, we are able to offer you competitive prices and convenient after sales service.
Delivery details
With more than 300 workers at these several locations, we can produce more than 500,000 yards every month. We can create counter samples in five to 10 days, and general delivery time is 14 days.
We welcome minimum orders of 3,000 yards for stock designs. For OEM designs, the minimum requirement is 10,000 yards. For more information, contact us today.
