Liyang Kaili Carpet Material Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Hong Kong joint venture established in 1994, and approved by Chinese Economic and Trade Ministry. The company has more than 1000 staff now with registered capital of USD5, 000,000 and the annual turnover is up to USD40, 000,000. Five subsidiary companies have been established in succession in regions such as Shanghai, Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Shenyang etc.
Kaili now possesses annual production capacity of 15000t BCF. Kaili provides with annual heat setting and twisting capacity of 4000t yarn. Products could be cabling yarn, freeze and interlaced yarn with materials covering wool, cotton, nylon, polypropylene, acrylic etc. Now the annual output for Wilton jacquard carpets has amounted to 5 million m². Various Wilton carpet woven technique have been used in Wilton carpet production. Kaili also keeps the annual production capacity of 5 million m² tufted carpets, products involve high cut low loop carpet, level loop cut carpet, high-low loop carpet and common loop carpet. ICN tufting machine controlled by single-needle can produce any jacquard pattern in the form of cut pile. Kaili also possesses shearing and coating line with width of 2-4 meters and natural gel foam latex backing line; therefore Kaili can provide customers with various backing choices. The carpets made of silk, wool; cotton, cotton-acrylic, acrylic and nylon have been selling well in USA, Korea, Japan, Canada, and Australia etc.
Quality management system of Kaili has been approved by ISO9001: 2000 standard in Dec.10th, 2001. Environmental management system has been approved by ISO14001: 1996 standard and granted the relative certificate in Dec. 31st, 2004.
