About Xianyang Pianzhuan Group
Established in 1988, our company -- Xianyang Pianzhuan Group -- produces metal-halide lightbulbs, lithium-ion rechargeable batteries and LCD, CRT and PDP monitors.
Our Lightbulbs
Metal-halide lightbulbs and arc tubes are popular for their energy efficiency and luminosity. We import key materials, including pipes and pills, from GE and APL. Our four advanced production lines and primary equipment are from the US, such as press envelope, exhaust, capper and glass blowing machines. Our lightbulbs have ECC, CE and UL approvals.
Our Batteries
Our lithium-ion rechargeable batteries are known for their large capacity, small size and long life. All of these characteristics have made sure that we've earned the business of domestic clients such as Haier. Lexzar (US) has also had success with our products in their market.
We import 40 percent of our raw materials, including electrolytes, cathodes and anodes, from Japan. And our battery separators are from Celgard in the US.
Our factory uses mixers from the US and cutting and coating machines from Japan to fill your orders. They help us produce 30 million units annually. Twenty-six QC staff follow ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14001-certified guidelines during product testing. This ensures that our batteries carry CE and UL approvals. Minimum orders for 5,000 units are welcome.
Our Monitors
We produce 260,000 15- to 42-inch CRT, LCD and PDP monitors monthly.
