About Wuxi Japana Sports Goods
We are the first 100-percent Japanese-invested factory registered in our development zone. We offer ski/snowboard gloves, ski/snowboard garments, golf garments, sports bags and other sporting goods. 10 percent of all ski garments and gloves exported from mainland China come from our factory. Our clients include some of the biggest brands in winter clothing today.
Ten Years of R&D Experience
We bring 10 years of R&D experience to every project and welcome yours, too. Our 15 R&D staff members develop styles according to your requirements. Or select from the 100 new styles they develop annually. Here at Wuxi Japana, we have a CAD design center -- with CAD software form Japan Toray -- and a cutting machine from American Gerber to ensure a precise finish. We also use engineered fabric from Toray and machinery from Juki, to consistently meet and exceed your standards.
Japanese Manufacturing Standards
As a Japanese-owned manufacturer, we only use Juki equipment and train our production staff in Japan so our operations reach high market standards. We turn out 1 million garments and 500,000 pairs of gloves each year to offer you the value of volume manufacturing. And we are ISO 9001:2000-certified as part of our commitment to quality.
Attendance at International Trade Shows
We showcase our products at the ISPO exhibition in Germany, the Super Show in the US and the Canton Fair. This allows us to learn what the next consumer trends will be and meet you in person.
