PORTech: A Taiwan telecom pioneer
Established in 1979 as a manufacturer of analog telephony devices, PORTech was Taiwan's first supplier of CTI solutions as well as the island's first developer of GSM/CDMA channel banks. We sell CTI solutions, network switching equipment and telecom interface platforms, to major telecommunications companies including MoBiTai and CHT - Taiwan's largest integrated telecommunications company.
GSM channel banks
Our GSM channel banks include both standalone and integrated systems. Our channel bank mobile trunk equipment links GSM and PSTN systems for reduced telecommunications costs. For added savings, it requires minimal installation. It integrates voice and SMS and its preset table automatically routes calls via the cheapest available line. Different mobile-to-mobile plans are available. Our channel banks also come with proprietary technical support software.

Backed by an average of 10 years of design experience, our R&D technicians add a new product to our IVR, ACD, Dialer and Recoder product lines quarterly. We also offer OEM/ODM services. For quality, we use top-grade components from Siemens and ICP Electronics in our telecom devices.
