荃盈植根於香港，從事服裝輔料及手袋配件貿易，生產基地設於廣東省
東莞市長安鎮，生產各類型五金鈕扣及塑膠成衣配件。
盈大廠亦一直與時並進。2009年除了成功通過「ISO 9001:2008 質量管理
體系」認證外，更投放近百萬元資金，於工廠增設達一級水平的檢測中心
，對所有原材料及半成品進行檢測，確保所有到廠的原材料或半成品均能
夠通過國際環保要求才會投入生產線，生產期間亦會按ISO管理要求，對
在線產品進行監察及抽檢，以確保每件出廠的產品能通過瑞士紡織物協會
﹝OEKO-TEX﹞制訂的標準，無任何有害金屬成份。
盈大廠除了朝著「綠色企業」的道路邁進外，對供應鏈管理亦非常嚴格，
供應鏈管理必須在一小時半徑範圍內，本廠亦會不定期派駐通過培訓及考
核的品質部技術員到現場進行監察及抽查，以保證所有產品不會在生產中
途被污染。工廠亦會不定期為這群合作伙伴的職員工，進行針對性培訓，
以保持資訊領先的位置。
我們永不會固步自封在同一個階段，當別人仍在既訂模式中打圈時，盈大
廠已在研發鈕扣行業的新工藝技術，如「低碳環保電鍍」及「納米表面加
